• Credit packs: fully refundable within 14 days of purchase if no credits have been used; if some were used, unused credits are refunded pro rata.
• Courses and books: fully refundable within 14 days of purchase.
• Technical failures: if a generation fails due to an error on our side, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.

To request a refund, email khalifa33920@gmail.com with the email you purchased with and the purchase date. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
